Filing Objections against Adverse Actions

Regular national public employees (hereinafter referred to as "employees") can file an objection (request for review) to the NPA against reduction of pay, demotion, temporary retirement, dismissal, greatly disadvantageous action or disciplinary action against their will. The NPA set up the Board of Equity for review when it receives an objection from an employee and approves, revises or annuls the action based on the investigation report prepared by the Board. As mentioned above, the system of filing an objection against an adverse action is designed to protect the status and interest of employees by its quasi-judicial function and ensure appropriate personnel administration.
