Measures against Sexual Harassment

Sexual harassment is a serious problem that not only impairs the character and dignity of individuals unduly but also gives adverse effects on working conditions and working environments.

The NPA established the NPA Rule 10-10 (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) in 1998 and is endeavoring to prevent sexual harassment of public employees and assist victims.

This section provides comprehensible explanations on prevention of sexual harassment. (Responsible division: Employee Welfare Division, Employee Welfare Bureau, NPA)
